The Power of a Cuppa

Just read a mini article on tea, and thought I'd share some of it...

As we all know, a good cup of tea is a fundamental part of British life, it warms you up, cheers you up, calms nerves, and gives millions of grannies nationwide something to fuss over when the family visit! But did you know that it has health benefits too? According to a study published in The Journal of Medical Association, women who drink at least 2 cups of tea a day, whatever strength, have a lower risk of ovarian cancer than those who don't enjoy a few daily brew-ups. More information can be found at Tea 4 Health, so what are you waiting for - go and put the kettle on!
