hi i have a mental block

could someone help me with
3.2 describe the purpose and objective of the team in which you work
3.4 describe the importance of respecting the skills and expertise or other practitioners
4.5 identify and suggest ways in ehich your team could improve its work challenging existing practice where necessary
4.6 respond to diffences of opinion and conflict constructively
