it is important to improve a healthy diet to both children and parents, childrens diet have an important influence on their future health, children are heavily influence by the meals they have at home and by the family approach to eating we can make a difference by showing or reinforcing the principles of healthy eating.there are guidelines for healthy diet.enjoy your food.eat a variety of different foods, eat the right amount to maintain a healthy weight, eat penty of foods rich in starch and fibre, eat penty of fruit and veg.and do not eat too many foods that contain a lot of fat.
