Late collection

Does anyone know what the correct timescale is {if any} for late collection of a child before contacting the local authorities ie social services. I have had so many different times and opinions on this would love some feedback thankyou

As a childminder I say in my uncollected child procedure that I will try to contact parents for 1/2 hour, then try to contact the child's emergency contacts.

If I have no joy, I will then ring LSCB for advice.

I do not believe there is a 'correct timescale' as such, just to use your common sense.
