Hi I did a 'project' on a children's nursery providing a part room for parents. I looked at two online sites for my comparisons of party buntin partyrama.co.uk + partydelights.co.uk and compiled a survey to ask parents what theme would be popular with their child for example hello kitty toy story. For section 4 I had to measure the nursery room and provide standard decoration hunting for the perimeter and bright carpet tiles for the area hope this helps
