Default Sos!!

This is my last task to complete. I thought it WAS completed but I've got to add to it sooooo...

I've been writing about the Hadow and Plowden reports and the importance they have had on influencing legislation (school leaving age, children with disabilities being educated in mainstream schools, etc).

That was all fine with my tutor last week but today I have been told that I need to do some more research to show how safeguarding practice informs legislation.

I've already covered the safeguarding tasks BUT my tutor says I can't cross reference anything as safeguarding practice informing legislation hasn't been covered in any of the core units.

I'm suitably sick of this now and have run out of ideas!
If anyone has any more suggestions on how safeguarding practice informs legislation I would be most greatful.

So frustrating to be going round in circles on my last question!

This is task LDSSMP3 2.2 (the most infuriating question I've come across in the whole of the course!) Explain why it is important that effective practice should inform and drive the legislative framework for work with children and young people.

Doesn't specifically ask for safeguarding practice but I'm obviously expected to cover it!

Thanks all! xx

Hahaha! Amazing what looking to the dog for advice can do! Ask your dog a question and you'll find you answer it yourself (which will make him look at you like you've gone mad, but it's a small price to pay!).

All sorted so no guidance required after all! Panic over! xx
