Have you tried seeing how things develop when you write a list of things you enjoy doing in Playgroup and the ones you'd rather not ?

Hi Sally

When I did this unit I listed my weaknesses eg time managment, displays, etc.

Then I lsted my strenghths I.T. Talking to parents, P.E. etc.
