Default Working Hours

Hey hey!

Okies, I have the written work for two optional units to do and then I'm done, apart from one more obs and a PD to tie a couple of loose ends up.

I paid to do the Cache Level 3 Diploma myself and, not being already employed in an educational setting, volunteer at a school for 17 hours a week.

Can anyone tell me what the working requirements are for voluntary placements? If I cut my volunteer hours in half at this stage then I can have my folder completed in about 6 weeks. Struggling to find the time to do everything as it is, and now the end's in sight I just want to get done and have time to double check it a million times! Cutting my voluntary hours would give me a whole extra day to work on things.

Does anyone know if would be ok to do this? Asked my tutor 2 weeks ago and she said she'd find out and get back to me, but still none the wiser!

Thanks all! xx

Thanks tutu. I've put in well over 350 hours and just have one obs left, which is only for my assessor to watch me do a skills analysis type thing with my class teacher and to look at the pupil assessments I've contributed to. Will get back to the college and see what they suggest. xx
