care routine

Please can someone give me some pointers how to do this. Very desperate in need of any help to sign this unit off. I've ask before but no reply and i'm still stuck on this one. Personal care routines, including good hygiene practice for children ages 0-1 year,1-3 years, 4-7 years,8-12 years, 13-16 years. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, care routines involved are toileting & nappy changing, sleeping, washing, dressing & undressing, oral tooth care, hair brushing, skin care, nail care, managing medical needs, sun care, puberty, sexual health, dietary awareness, skils for feeding, awareness of exercise, addiction awareness - smoking, drugs, alcohol, driving, self harming.

Levels of support will vary depending on children and young people's individual needs, age & stage of development.

This search in google book previews will help you gather information and see where care routines overlap and develop with age - Children's personal care routines
