Default Formal Complaint

Hi, please could someone offer me some advice.

I am close to putting in a complaint about a fellow member of staff as several things have happened that has left me finding it incredibly hard to work with this person.
Is there anything else you could advise before I write to my playleader or chairperson?

Thank you

Hi Gracygrey
i would think it would depend on the nature of the complaint, could you give us a few ideas on what kind of things. I don't mean to go into great detail but whether it is harassment, safety issues, safeguarding issues etc.
Not sure if i can help but i won't know until i understand a bit more

Lynne.
