early years register - Silkysteps early years forum

I have just read on the skills active website that if you care for a child age 3 and abouve for 2 hours or less then you dont have to be on the early years register. so then dont have to do the EYFS. We dont have any child that attends any longer than 2 hours so does anyone know about this??????????
