It's been a while since I posted but I have an interview :scared: and I was wondering if ayone had any pointers! as its been nearly 6 years since I had a interview! and im really out of practice!.
The thing that is worrying me most is that the job is for a playwork assistant on the childrens ward where I already work as a healthcare and the people who are interviewing me are my current ward manager one of my closest friends who is the hospital play specialist and a lady from the community team who has been brought in as an impartial party! so as you can imagine I feel quite awkward and really nervous about the whole thing!! so any suggestions would be much appreacited!!!
WOOT!!!!!!! I GOT THE JOB!!!!
The first half of the interview my nerves did get the better of me! so there was a lot of stammering nervouss babbiling and badly shaking hands! but I did settle into after that and they must of liked what I said as they hired me!!.
I start my new role in the first week of september and I CANT WAIT!!.................
Thank You!
I'm so excited an can't wait to get stuck in we are having are first meeting soon on the expansion of our plan service and the first thing we are doing is fund raising for our sensory room/toys! so I will be haunting that area of the forum for soon I would imagine!
thanks again for your help over the last year or so I have really appreacited it! dont think I would have gotten through my course without this websight and your advice! and so wouldnt have now got a job that I love!! xx
