3.1 Demonstrate actions that model inclusive practice
eg. consider how reflective you are about the things you do, the way they went and what might be imporved on. How much of a role model do you think you are, how do you promote opportunities that include and welcome children and young people, how aware are you of diversity and how do you enjoy celebrating it. Have you been able to make links with outside agencies, be an advocate for children's rights and the importance of your work, invite consultation and feedback about what you do and how you do it.

3.2 Demonstrate how to support others to promote equality and rights

3.3 Describe how to challenge discrimination in a way that promotes change
Challenging discrimination involves a practitioners ability to
Understand why discrimination might be occuring -recoignising that it might be due to fear, insensitivity, ignorance.
Ensure you make your postition clear from the start
Avoid aggression  - direct confrontation, initiate discussion,
Support those who were discriminated against and report incidents.
