Marble rolling and paint mark making activity

An excellent way to observe children's dexterity, hand and eye coordination is with this 2 handed, or one for the brave, perpetually motioned mark making idea. Use outline templates to theme activities and blank paper for children's own creative expression.

Marble paint rolling activity - children's mark making craft

wibble, jiggle and rotate a paper lined tin and watch as paint loaded marbles track lines across the surface. Use warm soapy water to wash the marbles and load again with different paint colours.

Alternatively use a large, paper lined tray and drizzle paint directly onto the paper, add the marbels to the tray and begin the tracking process by manouvering the whole container.
