I have to write about the above and talk about the following

EDUCATION ACT 1996
EDUCATION ACT 2002
EDUCATION ACT 2011
SCHOOL STANDARDS AND FRAMEWORK ACT 1998
EYFS
EDUCATION AND INSPECTION ACT 2006

Explain how legislation, frameworks, codes of practice and policies relating to positive behaviour support are applied to own working practice.

I am really struggling on doing this I know it should be easy but I just can not get my head around the acts and why they was bought into affect etc despite spending hours on researching them.

Please can someone help me?

you have to spend some considerable time reading the acts then pick out the bits in each act which talk about behaviour then connect that with what you do every day putting it into practice supporting childrens behaviour

Thanks tutu, That is what I am struggling with understanding the acts I have spent 5 hrs now reading them and it just isnt sinking in. My god I feel so thick and feel like I shouldnt be doing this course even though nearly finished.

try and google a guide to .... rather than the act itself or a parents guide to...... these are often much easier to read.
