please help with the UNCRC in Wales?
 
identify and explain what are the following policies, frameworks and influences in Wales are and their impact on the early years sector:
-the united nations convention on the rights of the child
-current equalities legislation
-current research
-social and economic influences such as work patterns and financial constraints.

where do i start???

Hi, enjoy this research :) unlike in England, Wales adopted the united nation's convention as a basis for policy making back in 2004, as such it's a recognised source for underpinning the reasoning of the Welsh foundation phase. Read pages 3 and 7 and throughout the FP framework.
