i had an applicant for a degree programme this week from this course and she was told in fear terms she had less than half a qualification. if you haven't proved competence in practical work you haven't got a full level 3 which means you don't have your license to practice which means you cannot work at a level role
. you can get a job in a school because you do not need quals for that in any case
you will never get work as a full level 3 on ratio. she's had to go off and find a proper course
