YAY!!!!!

Its not JUST me that has to do all that!!! actually HAD to do all that!!

Now i have managed to get down to taking tablets and using eye drops on really bad days and the rest of the time..... lol I use vaseline!!! Rub vasaline (and you might find this disgusting) just inside your nostrils and also around your eyes - obviously NOT in them!!!!

Yes it sounds and at first feels disgusting, but you get used to it quickly and it REALLY does work!!! and it is SOOOOOO cheap!!!! The vasaline catched the pollen so that it cant causes irritation!!!

I suffered for years with tablets, nasal sprays, eye drops, wet flannels, eye masks, tissues, etc etc but nothing works quite like the vasaline!!!! I swear by it!!! i used to spend £20 a week easily on hayfever products....now i spend about £2 for the summer!!!!!! (unless i have some really bad days and then i have to spend money on eye drops) really really PLEASE try it!! I buy two little pocket size tins - one for eyes and one for nose and relief is there!!

Hope it works for you too cyber twin!!! Im forever telling EVERYONE about it!!! lol and good thing is.....less medication in your body!! so it is good for the littlies too!

Let me know how you go if you try it!!!

ps.... if you DO get sore eyes at the end of the day there is noting more relieving than a gel eye mask that has been sat in the fridge all day!!! BLISS!!

Cool, I'll try those tips! I've never had hayfever until this year:weepy: I seem to wake up all bunged up and itchy, then my nose pours until around lunchtime and most of the medications make me sleepy! Ta
