Hi, what do you do to reflect on your practice? If it helps do any of these sound familiar ..

Do you hold meetings that look over recently passed events?
Do you evaluate those events to see if there were any problems, success, positive & negative impacts? What do you do with the information this examination discovers?

Do you receive an annual appraisal that examines how things have been & are going?
Have you considered building a personal development plan?

2.3 is about you, your thoughts, ideas & the way you live your life that might affect the way you work - Outcome 2 of SHC 34 has a document linked that may help you look at this criteria more closely. Consider if you have a faith that makes you feel less or more able to promote the faith and non-faith of others? Do you have a dietary lifestyle that affects the way you feel about other's food choices? Does your own childhood impact on your professional practice eg. do you value children's rights? do you work at being inclusive, do you promote diversity & equality? Do you value the benefits of play and feel your upbringing has supported that in different ways?

The search page will also find many more threads for this, enter the criteria wording to search xx

Best wishes
