Hi, depending on your setting the requirement to manage medicines will be in your early years framework ie. if you work in england check the welfare requirements of
EYFS.
How those requirements are interpreted in your setting will be through the policies and procedures that they have in place.
eg. how does the setting store medicines?
How does it administer them - how are doses/injections/creams/tablets recorded, when are doses given?
How is everyone kept upto date about managing medicines - parents, external professionals, training in the setting?
