I have to write a reflective account about a time when I have used feedback to improve own performance and inform development. I am assuming that I write an account of an activity that happened after I have had feedback, and how I put it into practice. I am confused - could it also be an account of an incident or activity when someone was present ie Ofsted or my assessor, how it went and what feedback they gave me to put into place for the future.
