Hi, there are three areas you can look to find standards.

1. Your setting's policies and procedures which comply with or are underpinned by the home nation's early years framework - if in England this will be the EYFS 2012.
2. The national occupational standards which set codes of practice in place for professionals.
3. Your job contract - what your role is in the setting, responsibilities and duties and how that links to the NOS national occupational standards. Reading the principles and values of the sector might also help.
