052 Engage in Personal Development in Health, Help please
 

Hi I'm stuck on a couple of questions in Unit 052

1.2. Explain expectations about own work role as expressed in relevant standards.

2.3. Describe how own values, belief systems and experiences may affect working practice.

3.1. Evaluate own knowledge, performance and understanding against relevant standards.

I've seen a few posts about the relevant standards but am still not quite sure how to start.:banghead:

This is my last unit so any help would really be appreciated.

Hi for 1.2 i wrote about each of our policies and what my role was in making sure they were administered Then about national occupational standards and my role in them
2.3 i wrote about how everyone has different values and beliefs and that this should not affect they way we care for other children . Everyone has different approaches and we should value their opinions. Also i wrote how my experiences have affected the way i work with children and how my knowledge of having my own children helps.
