Your work setting should have a complaints policy as it will be different for each setting. I read the policy and wrote a bit on it, then my line manager asked me questions and wrote my answers as part of an observation to sign this criteria off.

Hi, a warm welcome to the site xx
Good advice given, the search page will also help find other threads already made on the forum, enter words from the assessment criteria to look. This thread may be useful: http://www.silkysteps.com/forum/showthread.php?t=15891 Best wishes |
