Hi, consider how all the information that your setting collects is used, how/where it's stored, who has access to it, when and why it would be shared with others & how long it's kept/handled.
Complying with legislation means a workplace's policies and procedures reflect the 8 data protection principles and the requirements of your early years framework. Best wishes |
