Agent of change?
i am really stuck on two questions on my unit please can any one help. its about understand the needs of children and young people who are vulnerable and experiencing poverty and disadvantage. the questions are
1. the importance of the practitioner as an agent of change and their role as facilitators of positive practice including the development of carers as active participants in children and young peoples lives. and 2. the importance of multi-disciplinary working in relation to key strategic activities including the acquisition and maintenance of support services, strategic planning and interfacing with adult services if any one can help it really would be appreciated as i've nearly finished thks:smile: |

Hi, one way to look at it is to see an agent of change as a metaphor for a person who looks forward to making a difference. A difference to the lives of their attending children, to the setting's parents & the relationship or quality of partnership that the setting has with parents and internally through professional practices.
