struggling please help

im doing the CACHE level 3 and i cant find any information anywhere on the latest task 4.3
* An explanation of the rights children, young people and their carers have in situations where harm or abuse is suspected or alleged.

I have put a bit about confidentiality and the UNRC but i cant find anything else relating to it particularly to the carers rights :banghead:

any help and i will be eternally grateful xx
