re interview questions

Hi Pixie,

If you have a look at the forum on this website downloadable documents then the Devon County Council link and scroll through you will find job descriptions and also interview questions with the answers you would expect off your interviewee, I have found these really helpful to look at.:proposetoast:

Hope this helps:thumbsup:

Here are some common interview questions

1. Tell me something about yourself?
2. What are your strength and weaknesses?
3. Why should we hire you?
4. Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
5. How much salary do you want?
6. Why do you want to join this company?
7. Do you have any questions for us?
8. Why do you wish to leave your current employer? /Why did you leave your last job?
9. What are your hobbies?
10. What are your biggest accomplishments?

I would look to add a few scenarios in.

What would you do if a child bit another?

How would you deal with a complaint from a parent?

What would you do to help settle a new child?
