Hi all I am wondering if anyone can help me get started on the following please.

3.1...... Explain why it it important to take a balanced approach to risk management

3.2 Explain the dilemma between the rights and choices of children and young people and health and safety requirments

3.3..... Give examples from own practice of supporting children or young people to assess and manage risk.... For this canI talk about the climbing frame on how children manage and assess the risk of climbing up the climbing frame and coming down the firemans pole. They assess the risk to see if they can come down safely and if they don't think they can do this they find an alternative way of coming down.
