can someone please explain to me why you are on a foundation degree!!! PILES!!!! that went out in the 90s!! find you reading list and read it. use your tutor and look at PEAL EPPE and desforges and de silvas work and if that doesn't make any sense i suggest you reevaluate your training plan because this is very basic, my level 2 and 3 can give you some good ideas!
