Liz :sorry: I'm not sure why ...the whole doc opens up perfectly in my version of ms. Word.
Do you have your margins custom set ?
Or can you get the bits to appear by altering your margins?

Hmmm...... very strange! I don't know what I am doing wrong but a part of it kept disappearing when I printed it!!! Anyway, I have managed to print the missing part by deleting everything else!!! Got there in the end - only took about an hour and a half!!! :weepy: :sorry: :upsidedow

By the way - forgot to say before - many thanks to Janie. Great stuff!

it wouldnt open up and view correctly on our computer at work word 2000 but on my computer at home it was fine, hence I did the work at home.
I think it depends on the version of word you have.
have now finished adapting and our operational plan looks great, thanks very much, it saved me a lot of time.

:rotfl: Well I hope you are all using it as our Ofsted inspector though it was great and so easy for her to find what she wanted to see.

Hi Narnia

Is this version any better ~ Re aligned Index .. it's exactly the same just not as neatly & compactly laid out hope it works for you.
