please please can someone help

hi evry1 i have an essay due in on thursday and have to include what my role as an early years practitioner in a private nursery is, i have to link my role to a theorist my tutor used bronfrenner as a guide but we need to use some1 else my mind is completly blank and i cant think can any one help as i don't want to fail this assignment
