Default Play work and Planning

Hello I am after some advice please. I have been asked to help run our out of school club.
I have to evidence the planning in our out of school club. HOW.......
you should not plan for play....play is spontenous.....

I have photographed all our resources so the children can choose what they want on what day (velcro board very quick and easy)
I have a board to show what we offer as the core provision.
we do observations on the children but this is not done against anything. it show's what they liked/disliked/how they played together.

Does anyone have a template on how to evidence this for when oftsed comes knocking.

our support worker is getting me very confused she is happy with what I have done so far but wants to know how I am going to enhance it and also prove how I have enhanced it...hhhhhhhhh

Help please.........
