Stress & Worrying!

A recent study of 4,000 people found that Brits are more worried about their own health issues than the bigger 'scares' that feature in the press. :scared: The main worries revealed were:
Lack of exercise - 53% :running:
Not getting enough sleep - 45%
Constantly feeling run down - 37% :ouch: :vomit:
Being stressed by the pressures of the daily routine - 28% :yo-yo: :teacher:
So, make time for yourself to wind down and remember - no-one is as important as 'you'!
