lol, it's cornflour mixed with water until it's a thick gloopy consistency !!
Fantastic activity, squeeze the wet cornflour in your hands tightly & its dry and crumbly, but open out your hand & watch it turn 'liquid as it dribbles/drips and runs through your fingers
.. as brilliant as it is, it also has to be the messiest activity ever !!
