Smile help with unit 6 what is meant by inclusion and inclusive practice?

Hi all, although ive googled it i can't get my head around this question. It's Q7.1 Explain what is meant by inclusion and inclusive practice? Am i right in thinking that the words mean the same and that its to be with how people are included in the school regardless of any physical disabilities or learning needs?
is this the basic answer for it?
Thankyou for any help.

and from p.20 of this book

Inclusion: a process of identyfying, understanding and breaking down barriers to participation and belonging (definition developed by Early Childhood Forum)

Page 128 of the EYE handbook looks at the ways professionals put inclusion into everyday practice
  • working with the setting's policies and procudures
  • valuing the individual child
  • developing and sustaining a child-centered approach
  • engaging actively with the family to appreciate the holistic needs of the child
  • providing an inclusive environment which actively welcomes diversity
  • being a positive role model; in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusive practice
  • recognising discriminatory practice
  • knowing why and how to challenge discrimination
  • engaging in effective partnership working to enable the child
