Multiple projects ended or reduced. Local Authority funding decisions delayed to December 2011 on main funding. Rate relief may be withdrawn. PCT funding unconfirmed. Four staff currently facing redundancy. VCS budget as a whole reduced by 28% (council budget reduced by 6.5%). Hard to quantify the actual total reduction as funding comes from so many different streams but overall budget is down 25 - 30%.
