Government action to promote good behaviour and strong discipline in schools

Parents responsibility to provide an education and reasoning/flexibility behind the information provided in a school's prospectus

The law and education from direct.gov

and if, for reasons of the child, parent, school the parent/s wish is to work collaboratively with the school and decline the signing ..
