Floating Support throughout Cornwall has been axed from 31st March 2011 due to Cornwall Council's decision to cut it's Supporting People budget. Residential services throughout Cornwall have also been cut by 40% despite the grant to Cornwall Council having been reduced by a fraction of that amount. Cornwall Council has yet to divulge what it intends to do with the surplus funds.
