The database contract was awarded to
Capgemini a technology, management and outsourcing company in 2006 once the design had been presented - They have a Global presence headquatered in Paris and will build/host the database from the go live date of 2008 - 2014.

Unusually I'd of thought, I couldn't find any mention of the company on CfH, ECM or DCSF
