Coffee Guidance on the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP)

Guidance for primary and middle schools has been published for the 2007/08 NCMP. Although the programme is not mandatory, all maintained primary and middle schools are strongly encouraged to participate. Primary Care Trusts will carry out most of the work associated with the programme. The new guidance sets out: the aims and objectives of the programme; the essential role schools play in facilitating and supporting the programme; how pupils' privacy will be maintained at all times; and data collection and handling procedures. Follow the link below to view this guidance document and to access an information leaflet for parents.
