if you get the chance to make a tea strained Christmas scroll and use it as the children's register at snack, home time or first thing you can tie a ribbon around and add a decorative seal to it .. slide the ribbon off, unroll the scroll and perhaps have the children call out names from it .. pretend ones or people names that have meaning to the children ..
For daily responsibilies / jobs or turn taking activities, 'Sealed & named envelopes could add a nice change to name recognition games ..
