Hi, maybe look at this in a way that it isn't the attachment the child has to their key-person that's the issue but rather the lack of, or fewer secure relationships that the child has with other adults and children in the setting?

If you were to consider fostering a friendship between this child and another, who would that other child be, why do you feel that would be beneficial to them both and what type of activities would you try to bring them together over? (I don't mean for you to answer that here :) xx
