level 3 handbook - on amazon pages 150+ are useful readng.
If not there are some pages available in the book's
'look inside' feature - search for the word 'barriers' & then scroll down until you see the link to page 152 - the table on this page helps you identify some of the barriers or dilemmas you could encounter, or already be familair with.
Use the form your tutor's given you to write the report so you know how to lay it out.
