Hi, firstly thank you for the support.

1. Summarise the key legal requirements covering the rights of children and young people and who care for them in a play context.

Summarise means you'll need to get to know the legal requirements, understand them and then shorten your knowledge into a summary.

Legal requirements include:
Article 31 of the UNCRC
EYFS and its requirement for play to be a focus

Page 162 of the Workbased learner handbook explains the UNCRC

2. Evaluate different theories and models of good practice relating to inclusion.

Research the medical and social models of disability and how each applies to inclusion.
The Equality Act 2010, equal opportunities and anti-discrimination.

3. Evaluate a playwork organisation's strategies, policies and procedures in relation to the children and young people's rights.

Once you know what children's rights are in relation to play, how does your setting ensure those rights?

Where in your setting's policies and procedures does it say children's play?
How is the building inside and outside setup to support their play and be inclusive of all?
Does it mention how there's a balance between opportunities for child-initiated play and adult-led acitivities?

Hth
