Good afternoon all.
I've been given the responsibility of making a shanarri questionaire for parents. The questions have to be asked to the children.
I found a sample of a childminder one but it isn't that great. First question being: Do you feel safe! (Don't like this random question)
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to ask, making sure I cover all sections in shanarri.
Any help is much appreciated as I'm loosing the will to live here xx
