if I wanted to contact anyone in an emergency I couldn't check on details officially and quickly .. I didn't think I was using the ofsted site properly as I really thought they'd give parents access to information like this !?
Preschool etc reports are used as a reliable source of information and are probably the first port of call for house/school moves ~ thought minders would be treated with the same level of importance ...
