im busy doing assignment 3 unit 407 in playwork level 4 and im stuck on section 3!
*An explanation of the importance of all those working with children and young people sharing knowledge and experience in relation to reflective practice
*A description of how to create and make use of opportunities for others to discuss their experiences
*An explanation of how to foster an environment in which people feel happy to reflect on and discuss what they are doing and the challenges they face
*A summary of the essential skills in listening to others and helping others to evaluate and learn from their own experiences
*A description of the types of situations in which colleagues are faced with challenges that must be referred to others.
Some of these i know already i just thought id put them all on. any clues tips on how to answer will be greatly appreciated...... thanks in advance
