I too seem to be on the same track as you with what answers I have come up with. 1.3 as a foster carer i have discussed about working with multi agencies and professionals and therapists who are able to provide extra support and assist in planning and referrals to support learning opportunities. Discussed sharing of information, keeping parents in the loop and getting consent etc. All services working together in the best interests of the child, every child matters 5 outcomes etc. Hope this added bit of info helps you. If you had school age children could also discuss working alongside teachers or whoever is relevant to your setting. Good luck
