Between 1 April and 31 May 2012 we are using online questionnaires to seek the views of children and young people, families, foster carers and adopters, placing social workers, and independent reviewing officers on the quality of care provided in individual children's homes, adoption agencies and fostering services.
The online questionnaires can only be accessed via a link. We have sent every adoption agency, fostering service and children’s home provider a link that they can forward. Providers can request hard copy versions.
